These extra large sized acrylic ice cubes are meticulously cut, shaped and polished by hand using proprietary techniques.
Description
These extra large cubes are ideal for close-up shots of drinks – you may have seen them in ads for liquor, soda, tea, water, or anywhere else a perfect cube of non-melting ice is needed. Each cube is cut from a thick piece of high density cast acrylic and will last a lifetime of use with proper care. Made to fit in a rocks glass, these cubes emulate the large, 2 inch real ice cubes found in many current cocktail photos. They’re also ideal for use as a display piece of ice wherever needed.
These cubes do not float in liquid.

The con (and reason for 4 and not 5 stars): The price — its really &$%@ expensive for one cube!
The pros: This cube is so well made my art director thought it was real until she held it. Its like a piece of jewelry it is that clear and perfect. I recommend if your shoot has the budget for even just one of these. And even though it was expensive, it was $80 cheaper than my local NYC photo supply place after tax and shipping
