Who we are

This site is owned and operated by Freezer Burn Inc. We are based in St Louis, MO, USA and have been in the business of prop fabrication since 2006.

Information Collection and Use

Freezer Burn Inc is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, rent or otherwise exchange any of our our customer information.

All of the information which is gathered at through your order is confidential. We do not and will not distribute this information to any other company or individual. The information collected is used for delivering your order, for billing purposes, for direct communication with customers regarding their orders, and occasional newsletter updates (optional).

Credit Card Processing

We use an outside credit card processing company, Square, to bill our customers for their purchases. This companies (Block, Inc. Square Capital, LLC, and/or Square Financial Services, Inc.) do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. These parties are not permitted to use personal information except for the purpose of providing payment collection services.

Comments and Reviews

When visitors leave comments or reviews on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact forms

Information sent via contact forms on the site is received only by company employees for the purpose of communication with those who have initiated the conversation by submitting the form. The form responses are sent to sales@fakeplasticicecubes as the sole recipient. When visitors submit the form, we collect the data shown in the contact form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to aid in spam detection.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. Analytics utilizes Google Analytics in order to track website usage. We use this information in order to gauge user interest in our site and to tailor our content to better serve our customers. No individual customer data is presented to us in the Google Analytics analysis pages.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
