We ship Monday through Friday. Most items are packed for shipment within one to two business days (see the item detail page for more information). If an item will be delayed, we will inform you via email with an adjusted number of days. Out of stock items on occasion can be back-ordered and will be filled as soon as the item is in stock – we will inform you of the status of the item.
If you need an item to be expedited, contact us and let us know PRIOR to placing your order. We will recommend the shipping method that will result in your order arriving on time. In its current state, USPS does not guarantee delivery dates and should not be used for rush orders.

To complete your return, send us an email with your order number as the subject line. In the body of the email, describe the reason for your return.
Items deemed to have been used will be ineligible for refund. This is without exception and based upon the state of the items when we receive and review them.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Defective, damaged, or incomplete items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line, and in the body of the email, describe the reason for your exchange. We will await the return of your item(s) and ship a replacement upon satisfactory receipt of the original item(s).
